Very Satisfied Overall. I upgraded 2 levels, from Standard to Premium and the arrangement did meet my expectations for that level of upgrade and additional expense (more flowers than shown in photo, including other premium types not shown in standard photo, with a very nice bow.) Delivery was on time, and they adhered to my special request of "no substitutions with Lilies". This was a gift, and I am a repeat customer.
